Do you think you have what it takes to become a member and brave Doug’s Chute?

Our annual rides are by invitation only and are held on Memorial weekend, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekend.  If you would like to be kept in the loop send us your name and contact info and you can join in the fun.

Our goal is to improve, create and promote trail opportunities for mountain bike riders and other trail user groups in and around the Spirit Lake area.  Currently we are working on the Bronze Bay Connect trail.  I have included a video of the first time we rode the route although it is rough you get the idea.  Our plan is to video journal different rides and show on an area map where you can ride and how to get there.  All the information that we gather will be available on the web and optimized for mobile devices so it can be referenced on the fly with any smart phone or I-pad.

Most of the land in the Spirit Lake drainage is owned by Inland Empire Paper Company.  Mountain biking and hiking is a permitted activity with the purchase of a pass from many vendors in the area or by contacting QSI 208-623-2539, www.quality-service-inc.com for more information on access around Spirit Lake.

If you would like to contribute to this grass roots experiment I encourage you to make contact with us and send us a video or your local ride from the area.  We are looking for rides that can be legally repeated.
